As a Flexible Primary Educator, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons or support the class teacher
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Build relationships with pupils and staff
- Adapt confidently to different school settings
- Follow safeguarding and school policies
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with Primary-age children
- Confident, reliable, and flexible in your approach
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
