We’re looking for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in class, small groups or 1:1. You’ll work with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support, encourage independence and help create an inclusive learning environment.
About You
- Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting children with SEND
- Patient, empathetic and proactive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of safeguarding
