About the Role

As a Classroom Learning Partner, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your role may include:

  • Providing 1:1 support to children who need additional guidance
  • Offering general classroom assistance to help teachers deliver engaging lessons
  • Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and social development
  • Supporting behaviour management and ensuring pupils stay on task
  • Helping with small group activities and intervention sessions
