Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support pupils at an inclusive SEND school in the DE15 area, Burton upon Trent.

You will work with pupils aged 5-19 with learning difficulties and behavioural needs.

You will collaborate with teachers and therapists, monitor progress, and promote safeguarding while adapting activities to individual needs and ensuring a supportive learning environment.
