- Experience working 1-1 and in small groups
Responsibilities
- Ensuring students stay focused and on task
- Managing student behaviour positively
- Following school policies on behaviour management
- Following instructions and work set by the Head of Department or class teachers
- Supporting students 1-1 and assisting the class teacher
