Monarch Education is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a specialist school in NG3.

You will work alongside teachers to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

You will assist with learning activities, encourage positive behaviour, support social development, and help create a safe learning environment while following safeguarding procedures.

Prior SEN experience is desirable.
