Salary Range: £140-£190 per day

Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in central Nottingham? We are seeking a dedicated professional to teach KS3 and KS4 English to pupils with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs on a part-time basis, starting immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and accessible English lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Support pupils through 1:1 and small group teaching, ensuring progress across KS3 and KS4.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic development.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to meet diverse needs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies, particularly for ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to differentiate lessons and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere.
