About the Role
We are working with a warm, SEN School in Nottingham who are looking for a compassionate, creative and resilient SEN Teacher to join their team. You’ll be teaching pupils with a range of needs, including:
- Autism / ASD
- ADHD / ADD
- Complex Needs
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
- Communication & Interaction Needs
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs
- Asperger’s and other Neurodiverse Profiles.
What We’re Looking For In a SEN Teacher
- QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
- Experience in SEN, or a strong passion and willingness to learn
- A nurturing, patient and calm approach
- Confident differentiation and behaviour management
- Someone who enjoys teamwork, new ideas and child‑centred practice
