Teacher of Physical Education (PE) - September 2026 Start
Monarch Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in South Birmingham (B13) to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Physical Education (PE) to join their team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate PE teacher to inspire, motivate, and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering high-quality lessons that promote participation, teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles. The successful candidate will have previous experience teaching PE and be confident delivering a broad range of sports and physical activities in line with the National Curriculum.
To be considered for this opportunity, the following are essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Physical Education within a secondary school setting.
- The ability to build positive and constructive relationships with students.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of sports and the ability to demonstrate key techniques and skills effectively.
- A commitment to supporting all students in achieving their full potential.
