Monarch Education is seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant to work across a cluster of schools in South Birmingham, supporting students’ wellbeing, behaviour and personal development. You will provide 1:1 and small-group pastoral support, assist with behaviour plans, build positive relationships with pupils, and liaise with parents and external agencies while contributing to safeguarding reporting.

This full-time role starts September 2026, with a dedicated consultant and diverse professional.
