Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a painter & decorator located in West Midlands / Staffordshire. The ideal painter and decorator will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces, performing brush / roller or spray painting tasks, and understanding manufacturer instructions / architectural drawings to ensure accurate painting specifications. Other duties may include basic cleaning work, surface preparation, and finishing tasks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Qualifications
- Experience in Paint, Spray Painting, and general Painting skills
- Ability to work after manufacturer instructions
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural Drawings
- Basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to safety standards
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a must
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, relevant certifications are an advantage
