This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stoke-On-Trent for a Deputy Manager - Supported Accommodation. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality care and support services for young people transitioning to independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising the staff team
- Maintaining regulatory compliance
- Creating individual support plans

Qualifications:
