Monarch house has everything you need to create your home away from home. Perfectly situated on Kensington High Street just across the way from Holland park. Monarch House is a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom 4* luxury service apartments that offer comfort, calm and convenience to all.

What you will do:

  • Be an efficient support to the Housekeeping department in cleaning and maintaining the hotel, doing so in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Collect dirty laundry and replace with clean laundry efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver any items required by the guest or housekeeping team.
  • Manage a variety of different tasks at the same time.
  • Help the Housekeeping Floor Supervisors to maintain accurate records in linen inventory, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, lost and found, and with handover.
  • Distribute stores to ensure the cupboards on every floor are stocked and clean/tidy.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience of working in a housekeeping department would be ideal.
  • You will continuously thrive to improve and excel in your communication skills.
  • Have good spoken English, be an attentive listener and a clear communicator.
  • You will be flexible, reliable and hard working.
  • Be an effective team player.
