Monarch House is a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom 4* luxury service apartments that offer comfort, calm and convenience to all.
What you will do:
- Be an efficient support to the Housekeeping department in cleaning and maintaining the hotel, doing so in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Collect dirty laundry and replace with clean laundry efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver any items required by the guest or housekeeping team.
- Manage a variety of different tasks at the same time.
- Help the Housekeeping Floor Supervisors to maintain accurate records in linen inventory, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, lost and found, and with handover.
- Distribute stores to ensure the cupboards on every floor are stocked and clean/tidy.
Who you are:
- Previous experience of working in a housekeeping department would be ideal.
- You will continuously thrive to improve and excel in your communication skills.
- Have good spoken English, be an attentive listener and a clear communicator.
- You will be flexible, reliable and hard working.
- Be an effective team player.
