Perfectly situated on Kensington High Street just across the way from Holland Park, Monarch House is a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom 4* luxury service apartments that offer comfort, calm and convenience to all.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our wonderful team at Monarch House delivering excellent standards and memorable experiences for our guests.
What you’ll do:
- You will lead and inspire your team in delivering and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
- You will ensure that the Housekeeping department delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service to our guests.
- You will build a guest-focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
- To proactively monitor all aspects of expenditure and take remedial action.
- Find credible business solutions to address operational issues relating to product or service.
- To have well-planned rosters to ensure that payroll spend is in line with forecasted occupancy/revenue and budgets, flexing them according to changing business needs.
- To recruit, retain and develop high performing employees that uphold the hospitality values of the Business.
