We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse Nights to join our dedicated team at Autumn Grange Care Home in Creswell, S80. At Autumn Grange, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. We are a forward-thinking company focused on improving the quality of life for all through person-centred care and support. Position Details:
- Shift Times: 18:45-07:00
- Rate of pay: Up to £22 per hour
- Hours: 36 hours per week. 2 nights one week and 4 the following.
- Schedule: We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays
- Location: Linden Road, Creswell, S80

Responsibilities:
- The formulation of person-centred care plans – Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and Company policies.
- Administration of medication – Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines.
- Monitoring of resident well-being – Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP and Professional visits where necessary.
- Supervision of the care team when acting as the nurse in charge, ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant Staff Members at the end of each shift.
- Liaise with Healthcare professionals
