Senior Care Assistant – NG11, Nottingham
Monarch Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Kingfisher Court Residential Home in Clifton, NG11.
At Kingfisher Court, we offer care and support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. Our purpose-built home provides bright, spacious accommodation designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Position Details:
- Schedule: Rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
- Rate of pay: Up to £ per hour, including increments for NVQ 2 and 3.
- Shift Times: 19:45-08:00.
- Location: Sturgeon Ave, Clifton, NG11 (please consider travel times, especially on weekends, before applying).
- Requirements: NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care with the view to work towards Level 3.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will support the delivery of quality care, ensuring the highest levels of care are maintained. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting clients with all aspects of daily living and assisting staff to ensure efficient shifts.
- Assisting clients with their care needs, completing care plans, and maintaining written records.
- Answering the nurse call system and providing assistance as required.
- Reporting on clients\’ well-being and liaising with healthcare professionals.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment, ensuring the Care Centre remains clean and tidy.
- Dispensing medication and recording all relevant information accurately.
