Kingfisher Court Residential Home, based in Clifton, Nottingham, is a purpose-built residential home with a warm, homely feel. We provide care and support for older adults, including those living with dementia. Our home offers bright, spacious communal areas and gardens with lovely views over a lake, and is supported by a kind, dedicated team who take pride in the care they provide.

This is a full-time position, 44 hours. Working hours will include:

  • Senior Care Assistant shifts (07:45–20:00)
  • Supernumerary hours to support the Registered Manager (example 09:00–17:00)

We are keen to speak with applicants who have Senior Care experience, have completed or are working towards NVQ Level 3, and are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting, guiding, and leading colleagues. You will be supported by our Registered Manager and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be discussed in more detail during an initial call or interview and may include:

  • Delivering personal care
  • Supporting and guiding the care team, ensuring high standards of care
  • Supporting the Registered Manager with audits, supervisions, pre-admission assessments, care planning, and on-call duties

Rate of pay: Up to £13.71 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Location: Clifton, NG11

Required: NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
