Make a real difference every day. At Rutland Manor, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant. Rutland Manor, based in Ilkeston, provides care and nursing support for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex needs. If you’re someone who genuinely cares about people and wants a rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
Position Details
- One full time position is available
- Shift times: 19:30-07:30
- Working pattern: rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
- Location: Ilkeston, DE7 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)

- Pay in line with National Minimum Wage, with enhancements for NVQ Level 2 & 3
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
