Make a real difference every day. At Rutland Manor, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant. Rutland Manor, based in Ilkeston, provides care and nursing support for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex needs. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
Position Details
- One full time position is available
- Shift times: 19:30-07:30
- Working pattern: rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
- Location: Ilkeston, DE7 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)

- Pay in line with National Minimum Wage, with enhancements for NVQ Level 2 & 3
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
