We are recruiting a Clinical Lead Registered Nurse to join our team at Haddon House Nursing Home in Clowne, S43. At Haddon House we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia and complex needs.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full‑time with Registered Nurse shifts, some on‑call, and supernumerary hours to be discussed.
- Competitive salary – to be discussed at interview.
- Location: High Street, Clowne, S43.
Required: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for assessments, meetings, and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and maintain effective communication with all staff and health‑care professionals.
- Support clinical governance and supervise staff.
- Manage infection prevention and control.
- Coordinate care planning and audits, and other related duties.
