We’re looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our supportive teams as Care Assistants. We have Residential and Nursing Care Homes across the Burton‑on‑Trent area, providing high‑quality care and nursing support for older adults, including people living with dementia. If you’re passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding role within a friendly and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

We operate a small number of Residential and Nursing Care Homes, each offering a welcoming environment and a commitment to person‑centred care. As part of the recruitment process, we’ll be happy to discuss our individual homes, locations, and current opportunities with shortlisted applicants to help identify the most suitable role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing person‑centred care tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
  • Providing support during mealtimes
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour
  • Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team

Position Details

  • Full‑time, permanent positions available
  • Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Location: Burton‑on‑Trent (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
