We are recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Pinxton Manor Nursing Home.
Located in Pinxton, NG16, Pinxton Manor is a purpose-built residential and nursing home that provides high-quality care and support for older adults, including people living with dementia.

Responsibilities
- As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and contribute to a positive, supportive environment for both Clients and colleagues.
- You will support Clients with all aspects of daily living, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.
You will also provide guidance and support to colleagues, helping shifts to run smoothly and efficiently.
- The role involves assisting with care planning by observing, reviewing, and updating care needs, as well as completing accurate daily records in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
You will respond to the nurse call system as required and remain attentive to the wellbeing of Clients, liaising with healthcare professionals when needed.
- You will help to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by ensuring equipment is cleaned and well maintained and that the care home remains tidy.
Where required, you will also support with the administration of medication and ensure all related records are completed accurately.
