We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Clifton Manor Residential Home. Clifton Manor Residential is a 47-bed residential care home in Clifton, Nottingham, providing specialist care and support for older adults and people living with dementia. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

- Schedule: Rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Rate of pay: Up to £13.30 per hour
- Shift times: 20:00-07:00 - 40 hours per week
- Required: Completed or working towards completion of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Responsibilities
- Support the care team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and involvement, where appropriate, in care reviews.
- Ensure the safe storage, documentation and administration of medication is carried out in accordance with guidelines and training.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, medication management, and nutrition
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the care environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
