Care Assistant

Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Care Assistant (Days) to join our team at Poplars Nursing and Residential Home, DE13.

At Poplars, we offer care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. Our purpose-built home provides bright, spacious accommodation designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support for daily living activities
• Work compassionately and understandingly, supporting the well‑being of our residents
• Show genuine interest in providing high‑quality care
• Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Rate of Pay: In line with the national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ Levels 2 and 3
• Hours: Full‑time or part‑time opportunities available
• Schedule: The rota includes weekends and bank holidays
• Shift Times: 07.30 to 21:30
• Location: Rolleston Road, Burton‑on‑Trent DE13 0JT (Please consider travel times, including on weekends, before applying)
