We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse Nights to join our dedicated team at Autumn Grange Care Home in Creswell, S80. At Autumn Grange, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. Position Details

  • Shift Times: 18:45-07:00
  • Rate of pay: Up to £22 per hour
  • Hours: 36 hours per week – 2 nights one week and 4 the following
  • Schedule: Rota basis including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
  • Location: Linden Road, Creswell, S80

Responsibilities

  • Formulation of person-centred care plans – reviewing and updating care plans in consultation with clients, relatives and other health care professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Administration of medication – administer prescribed medicines and document in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.
  • Monitoring of resident well-being – report any ill health amongst clients and make requests for GP and professional visits where necessary.
  • Supervision of the care team when acting as nurse in charge – ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant staff members at the end of each shift.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals.
