About the Role:
Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionateRegistered Nurseto join our team atHeeley Bank Care Homein Sheffield, working part time Night shifts.
Heeley Bank is a purpose-built care home providing high-quality residential and nursing care for older adults, including individuals living with dementia. With spacious accommodation and a committed team, we focus on delivering person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
- Develop, review, and update person-centred care plans in consultation with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies
- Administer prescribed medication and maintain accurate records
- Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, reporting any concerns and coordinating appropriate professional input
- Lead and support the care team while acting as nurse in charge, ensuring effective communication and thorough handovers
- Liaise with external professionals to ensure high standards of care are maintained
