We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Registered Nurse to join our team at Haddon House Nursing Home in Clowne, S43. At Haddon House, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia and complex needs.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: This is a full-time position including Registered Nurse shifts, a share of on call, and supernumerary hours to be discussed.
  • Competitive salary depending on experience, discussed at time of interview.
  • Location: High Street, Clowne, S43.

Required:

  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle to attend assessments, meetings, and training as required.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, and the ability to oversee and monitor nursing and treatment areas. We will look to you to provide clinical leadership to the team, maintaining effective communication with all staff and healthcare professionals. Further responsibilities can include but are not limited to, clinical governance, supervisions, IPC, care planning and audits.

You will work closely with our supportive Registered Manager and Senior Management team. If you are passionate about leading a team and driving positive outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
