Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for Care Assistants (Days or Nights) to join our dedicated team at Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough, DN21. At Ferndene, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. Our purpose-built home provides bright, spacious accommodation designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. We are a forward-thinking company focused on improving the quality of life for all through person-centred care and support. Position Details:
- Rate of Pay: In line with the national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ Levels 2 and 3
- Shift Times: Days 07:45-20:00 or Nights 19:45-08:00
- Location: Park Springs Road, Gainsborough, DN21 (Please consider travel times, especially on weekends, before applying)
- Sponsorship: We are currently not able to offer sponsorship
