We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience working as a senior care assistant, and a compassionate approach to supporting residents and colleagues. Ferndene Care Home based in Gainsborough, is a purpose‑built residential and nursing home with a warm, homely feel. We provide care and support for older adults, including people living with dementia. Rate of pay: Up to £13.71 per hour, including increments for NVQ 2 and 3.
