Rate of pay: Up to £21.50 per hour, paid breaks
Schedule: Rota basis including weekends and bank holidays

Responsibilities
- Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person‑centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.
- Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required.
- Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift.
- Multidisciplinary working: Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
