Kingfisher Court Residential Home is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant / Manager Support to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and colleagues, while working closely with the Registered Manager. The role involves overseeing care delivery, allocating tasks, and helping to maintain high standards of care within a supportive and welcoming environment.
Our Home, Kingfisher Court, based in Clifton, Nottingham, is a purpose‑built residential home with a warm, homely feel. We provide care and support for older adults, including those living with dementia. Our home offers bright, spacious communal areas and gardens with lovely views over a lake, and is supported by a kind, dedicated team who take pride in the care they provide.
About the Role
This is a full‑time position, 44 hours. Working hours will include:
- Senior Care Assistant shifts (07:45–20:00)
- Supernumerary hours to support the Registered Manager (example 09:00–17:00)
These arrangements will be discussed in more detail during the interview process. We are keen to speak with applicants who have Senior Care experience, have completed or are working towards NVQ Level 3, and are passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care while supporting, guiding, and leading colleagues. You will be supported by our Registered Manager and Operations Manager.
