We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant (Bank hours) to support our dedicated catering team at Clifton Manor Nursing Home. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of our residents, by ensuring mealtimes run smoothly. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive environment at Clifton Manor, where teamwork and kindness are at the heart of everything we do.
Rate of Pay: In line with national minimum wage
Hours and shift times: Bank hours, 08:00-18:00
Location: Clifton, Nottingham, NG11
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a hygienic kitchen and dining area
- Keep accurate records of food supplies, temperatures and schedules
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times
- Follow statutory Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment
- Report any faults or issues promptly
