At Rutland Manor, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant. Rutland Manor, based in Ilkeston, provides care and nursing support for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex needs. What you’ll be doing

  • Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team

Position Details

  • One full time position is available
  • Working pattern: rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
  • Location: Ilkeston, DE7 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
  • Pay in line with National Minimum Wage, with enhancements for NVQ Level 2 & 3
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
