At Croft Care Home, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant. Croft Care Home, based in Stapenhill, Burton-on-Trent, provides care and support for older adults, including people living with dementia. If you genuinely care about people and want a rewarding opportunity within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team

One full time position is available.

Hours: 39 hours per week

Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends.
