We are looking for caring, experienced, and motivated Senior Care Assistants (Nights) to join our dedicated teams at Coton Grange and Coton House.

Coton Grange is a 27-bed residential care home in Wolverhampton (WV6) providing specialist care and support for older adults and people living with dementia. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Coton House is a 24 bed care home based in WV4, supporting older adults and those living with dementia.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Coton Grange: 20-30 hours per week
- Coton House: Full time
- Shift times: Nights 20:45-07:45 / 20:00-08:00
- Location: Wolverhampton
- Required: Completed or working towards completion of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the care team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and involvement, where appropriate, in care reviews.
- Ensure the safe storage, documentation and administration of medication is carried out in accordance with guidelines and training.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, medication management, and nutrition
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the care environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
