We are looking for a reliable, proactive and quality-driven
Kitchen Supervisor to lead our delivery-only kitchen.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about food quality, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can confidently manage the kitchen independently.
About the Role
- Delivery-only small-sized kitchen operating 3 food brands.
- Primarily solo operation on weekdays, with two-person shifts during weekends and peak periods.
- Night shift role in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, well-presented orders with speed and accuracy at all times.
- Independently manage all kitchen operations during solo shifts.
- Cook, portion and pack food strictly to brand standards.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and full compliance with Food Safety, HACCP and Health & Safety.
- Complete opening, service and closing duties to a high standard.
- Monitor stock, minimise waste and report shortages promptly.
- Take full ownership of the kitchen, proactively managing tasks and improvements without supervision.
