Full-Time Teaching Assistant Needed – Immediate Start for the Whole Academic Year

Are you a Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children and experience with Little Wandle phonic\’s scheme?

Monarch Education are the leading agency in the Solihull area and we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP for the entire academic year.

Responsibilities

  • Support Year 1 (KS1) students in the classroom on a full-time basis
  • Assist with implementing individualized support plans and behaviour management strategies
  • Build positive relationships with children and staff and support an inclusive learning environment

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:15am – 03:40pm
