Are you an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a new position? Monarch Education are currently working alongside a Primary School in the Solihull area to find a Year 1 Class Teacher to work on a full-time basis. This role does involve planning or full class teacher responsibilities and is until the end of the academic year 2025.
You must have KS1 Experience for this role and you must have QTS to be considered.
Requirements of applicant:- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Experienced teaching children in KS1 (Preferably in Year 1)
- Outstanding knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Able to plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum objectives
- Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and positively
- Use formative and summative assessment methods to track pupil progress
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons across all subject areas in the Year 1 Curriculum
- Assess and track pupil progress through observations, assessments and regular evaluations
- Provide feedback to pupils and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines
- Foster a caring, inclusive classroom atmosphere where pupils feel valued
- You will be paid to scale
- Dedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions or concerns

- £200 for any successful referral of Teachers, Teaching Assistants or Nursery Staff
