The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEMH and SEND requirements. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, working closely with Teaching Assistants, parents, carers and external professionals to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to succeed.
