About the Role

Monarch Education is looking for enthusiastic and supportive General Teaching Assistants to work within local primary schools across Wantage, supporting children from EYFS to KS2. What You'll Do

  • Support students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups

What We're Looking For

You don't need formal TA qualifications - full support and free training are provided - but we are looking for people who are:

  • Reliable and committed
  • Able to build positive relationships with students and staff

Experience in a school, childcare, SEN, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work - or similar roles - is highly beneficial.
