Urgent Opportunity: Reception SEND Teaching Assistant Needed in Solihull – Immediate Start!

Monarch Education is currently working with a school in Solihull and is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to start ASAP.

This role requires somebody with extensive experience supporting pupils with severe SEND.

Responsibilities

  • Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
  • Confident providing personal care (toileting / nappy changing)

Qualifications

  • Valid Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience supporting within Early Years
  • Confidence supporting SEND and lower ability students
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive approach
