Primary Teacher – Mansfield

Location: Mansfield
Pay: 700- 1000 per week (depending on experience)
Start Date: September
Contract Type: Day-to-Day, Part-Time, Full-Time
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm (Half Days Available)

About the Role

Monarch Education is working in partnership with welcoming primary schools across Mansfield and nearby areas to recruit passionate and qualified Primary Teachers. Whether you\’re looking for flexible supply work or a longer-term role, we tailor opportunities to suit your availability, experience, and career goals.

You\’ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils\’ progress. No planning is required on supply days-just bring your enthusiasm and classroom confidence.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Supporting pupil progress and engagement
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We\’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
  • A flexible, professional, and committed approach
