Affinity Workforce is seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a primary school in Swindon. The role is 12 hours per week (2 days), with one day requiring Friday, and a fixed-term contract starting January 2027.
The HLTA will support pupils Year 1–Year 6, deliver planned activities, and provide PPA cover. You will work with teachers to raise attainment and contribute to the wider school life.
