Monarch Education is recruiting graduates or current university students for Teaching Assistant and Learning Mentor roles in schools within the Kettering area. Experience working in a school is not necessary; a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is key!

Applicants should have experience working with young people in any capacity, such as a Sports Coach, Dance Teacher, Scout/Guide Leader, etc. We seek individuals who wish to transfer their skills into a Teaching Assistant or Academic Coach role. This position is an excellent stepping stone for those considering a career in teaching and starting a career in education.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people
  • A strong team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, capable of supporting and inspiring children to learn

Responsibilities:
