Role Overview:
You\’ll provide lesson cover across KS3 to KS5 , delivering your subject specialism and supporting across other subjects where needed. Whether you\’re seeking short-term supply or longer-term placements, we offer roles that suit your availability and career goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in your subject area and across the curriculum when required
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all students
- Liaise with school staff to support continuity and learning
- Provide feedback on student progress when appropriate
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3-KS5)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Pay Rates:
- £155 to £175 per day for daily supply cover
- Paid to scale for longer-term roles
