Monarch Education is seeking passionate and flexible Secondary Supply Teachers to support our partner schools in Oxford, Oxfordshire . If you\’re looking for a rewarding role that offers variety and the chance to teach within your subject specialism, we\’d love to hear from you.

Role Overview:
You\’ll provide lesson cover across KS3 to KS5 , delivering your subject specialism and supporting across other subjects where needed. Whether you\’re seeking short-term supply or longer-term placements, we offer roles that suit your availability and career goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in your subject area and across the curriculum when required
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all students
  • Liaise with school staff to support continuity and learning
  • Provide feedback on student progress when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3-KS5)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay Rates:

  • £155 to £175 per day for daily supply cover
  • Paid to scale for longer-term roles
