Monarch Education is working in partnership with a specialist Alternative Provision school in Erdington to recruit a passionate and committed Sports Coach. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, ideal for someone who thrives on helping young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs reach their full potential.
About the Role
As a Sports Coach, you will:
- Support the delivery of engaging and inclusive PE lessons alongside the P.E Lead
- Plan and lead physical activities that promote teamwork, confidence, and well-being
- Provide classroom support across other subjects when required
- Build positive relationships with students, helping to manage behaviour and support emotional development
