Monarch Education is working in partnership with a specialist school in Taunton to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school that caters for young people in Years 5-11 who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The school specialises in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Speech, Communication and Language (SCL) needs. The Role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to help pupils access the curriculum, develop positive behaviours, and achieve their full potential.
