Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher looking for your next full-time opportunity? We are currently working with a welcoming Primary School in Solihull to find a qualified teacher to join their team from January. This is a full-time role with full class teaching responsibilities, and dedicated planning time will be provided each week to support workload and creativity.

Requirements of Applicant:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across all KS1 subjects
  • Take full responsibility for classroom planning, assessment, and pupil progress
  • Foster a supportive and stimulating environment that promotes learning and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
  • Monitor and track pupil development, contributing to reports and parent meetings
  • Apply effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom culture

Salary: 150 - 240 per day (Reviewed after 12 weeks placement)
