What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering tailored lessons to secondary-aged students with SEND

What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred - unqualified teachers with relevant experience will also be considered
- Proven experience working with students with SEND, particularly ASC, ADHD, or SEMH
- Strong understanding of the secondary curriculum and ability to differentiate effectively
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A team player with resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in specialist SEND settings
- Knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding procedures
