Monarch Education in the West Midlands is urgently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with SEMH/ADHD/Autism across Sandwell schools.

The role is day-to-day and may lead to long-term permanent positions, with start dates in May or September 2026.

PAYE or Umbrella daily rates range from £95 to £110.24 depending on experience, with a focus on safeguarding and dedicated CPD training through our Affinity Academy.
